Process
- Hold a meeting with society to understand their requirements and consent of members. Post we share our proposal, the committee approaches us.
- Documents are studied, evaluated and best quote is proposed. Clear title and legal consent is strictly evaluated.
- Discussion then begins with committee and final proposal is met when both parties agree.
- Letter on intent and consent is taken from committee as an offcial commitment and architectural designs are initiated. This is then discussed with members of committee and their approval is seeked.
- Once agreed,an agreement is signed between both parties. All relevant sanctions are seeked and then we initiate working with Bhoomipoojan.
